Lolo Xin Chen

Founder

Lolo is a strategic designer, innovation consultant, and exeutive coach specializing in design-driven problem-solving and systems transformation.

With a background in business, strategy, and human-centered design, they have worked with leading organizations such as Accenture, Novo Nordisk, the World Bank, United Nations, and SWIFT.

Since 2019. through Lolo x Design Lab, she helps individuals, organisations, and social systems navigate complex challenges with creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Their expertise spans co-design, systemic innovation, and leadership development, enabling people and organizations to rethink how they work, collaborate, and create impact.

Our Approach

Are you striving to become a better leader for your team? We believe one cannot be an effective people leader without first mastering self-leadership, setting an example through a fulfilling and impactful professional life.

At the lab, we will co-develop design capabilities that help youl ead yourself as well as others.

Together, we will apply design techniques to your unique challenges—empathising with yourself and others, uncovering key insights, and ideating and iterating purposeful actions. Practice through the transformation of your own life allows you to internalise these principles, empowering you to use them across diverse contexts and challenges.

Design for Leadership Development Training: A comprehensive training program that introduces leaders to design principles—such as empathy, creative problem-solving, and iterative thinking—and demonstrates how to apply these skills for personal and professional growth.
